A company must give a notice to the registrar if it— has had confirmation that a person has ceased to be a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to it, and has had confirmation of the date on which the person so ceased. A notice under subsection (1) must state— the person’s name and service address, and the date on which the person ceased to be a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company. A notice under subsection (1) must be given within the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which the company had confirmation as mentioned in that subsection.
