A company must give a notice to the registrar if it knows that a person named in the statement under section 12A(1)(a) as a person who would, on the company’s incorporation, become a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity did not so become. A notice under subsection (1) must be given within the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which the company has the knowledge mentioned there.
