Schedule 2, Part 3, Chapter 2A, paragraph 790LH(1)

A company must give a notice to the registrar if it knows or has cause to believe that— there has at some time been a person who is a registrable person or registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company, and there has ceased to be anyone who is a registrable person or registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company.
