Schedule 2, Part 3, paragraph 11(2)

The company must give the person a notice requiring the person— to inform the company whether the person has ceased to be a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company, and if the person has, to inform the company of the date on which the person so ceased.
