Schedule 2, Part 3, paragraph 12(1)

This section applies to a person if— the person knows that they have ceased to be a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to a company, the material in the register that is available for public inspection does not indicate the person as having ceased to be a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to a company, and the person has not informed the company of having ceased to be a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company or has not informed the company of the date on which the person so ceased.
