Schedule 2, Part 3, paragraph 17

In section 790L (required particulars: power to amend), for subsection (1) substitute— The Secretary of State may by regulations— amend section 790K so as to change the “required particulars” in relation to— an individual who is a registrable person; a person in relation to which this Part has effect by virtue of section 790C(12) as if the person were an individual; a registrable relevant legal entity; repeal section 790K(4A).
