Schedule 2, Part 3, paragraph 18(1)

A company must give a notice to the registrar if— it knows or has cause to believe that a person has become a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company, but it has not yet had confirmation as mentioned in section 790LA(1).
