In section 790A (overview of Part)— in paragraph (b), for “keep the register required by Chapter 3” substitute “notify the registrar of the information in accordance with Chapter 2A”; for paragraphs (c) and (d) substitute— Chapter 2A requires companies to notify the registrar of information relating to persons with significant control;
