Schedule 2, Part 4, paragraph 22

Section 12 (statement of proposed officers) is amended as follows. In subsection (1), for “particulars of” substitute “information about”. For subsection (2) substitute— For the required information— in relation to proposed directors, see sections 167J and 167K; in relation to proposed secretaries or joint secretaries, see sections 279J and 279K.
