Schedule 2, Part 4, paragraph 24

Section 95 (statement of proposed secretary) is amended as follows. In subsection (1), for “particulars of” substitute “information about”. For subsection (2) substitute— For the required information in relation to proposed secretaries or joint secretaries, see sections 279J and 279K.
