Schedule 4, Part 1, paragraph 1

In this Schedule— Part 2 sets out the required information about a partner (or proposed partner) for the purposes of sections 8A, 8R, 8S and 8T, Part 3 sets out the required information about a registered officer (or proposed registered officer) for the purposes of sections 8A, 8L, 8M and 8R, and Part 4 sets out the required information about a named contact (or proposed named contact) for the purposes of sections 8A, 8L, 8N, 8O and 8R.
