Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 3

Where a partner (or proposed partner) is a legal entity, the required information about the partner is— name; principal office; a service address (which may be stated as “The limited partnership’s registered office”); the legal form of the entity and the law by which it is governed; in the case of a general partner, any register in which the general partner is entered (including details of the state) and, if applicable, its registration number in that register.
