Schedule 8, Part 4, paragraph 55

Section 459 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 is amended as follows. In subsection (4), after paragraph (a) insert— regulations under— section 67ZB(5) or 84A(5); section 131ZC(5) or 150A(5); section 251ZB(5) or 232A(5); After subsection (6ZA) insert— No regulations may be made by the Secretary of State under any of the following provisions unless a draft of the regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House-- section 67ZB(5) or 84A(5); section 131ZC(5) or 150A(5); section 251ZB(5) or 232A(5).
