Schedule 8, Part 4, paragraph 55(3)

After subsection (6ZA) insert— No regulations may be made by the Secretary of State under any of the following provisions unless a draft of the regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House-- section 67ZB(5) or 84A(5); section 131ZC(5) or 150A(5); section 251ZB(5) or 232A(5).
