Schedule 9, Part 1, Chapter 3C, paragraph 303Z28(6)

The court, sheriff or justice may make an order under subsection (1) if satisfied, in relation to the item of property to be further detained, that— there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that it is a cryptoasset-related item, and its continued detention is justified.
