Schedule 9, Part 1, Chapter 3C, paragraph 303Z34(4)

A person within subsection (5) may, after notifying the magistrates’ court, sheriff or justice under whose order property is being detained, release the whole or any part of the property if satisfied that the detention of the property to be released is no longer justified.
