Schedule 9, Part 1, Chapter 3C, paragraph 303Z34(8)

Any proceeds of a disposal of the item are to be paid— into the Consolidated Fund if— the item was directed to be released by a magistrates’ court, or a magistrates’ court or justice was notified under subsection (4) of the release; into the Scottish Consolidated Fund if— the item was directed to be released by the sheriff, or the sheriff was notified under subsection (4) of the release.
