Schedule 9, Part 1, Chapter 3D, paragraph 303Z36(1)

This section applies if an enforcement officer has reasonable grounds for suspecting that cryptoassets held in a crypto wallet administered by a UK-connected cryptoasset service provider— are recoverable property, or are intended by any person for use in unlawful conduct.
