Schedule 9, Part 1, Chapter 3D, paragraph 303Z39(3)

An exclusion may (amongst other things) make provision for the purpose of enabling a person by or for whom the crypto wallet is administered— to meet the person’s reasonable living expenses, or to carry on any trade, business, profession or occupation.
