Schedule 9, Part 1, Chapter 3E, paragraph 303Z45(6)

The appropriate court may, as well as making an order under subsection (3), make an order— providing for the forfeiture of the associated property or (as the case may be) for the excepted joint owner‘s interest to be extinguished, or providing for the excepted joint owner‘s interest to be severed.
