Schedule 9, Part 1, paragraph 1(8)

The relevant court may make an order under subsection (3) only if satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that the converted cryptoassets to be further detained— are recoverable property, or are intended by any person for use in unlawful conduct.
