In section 316(1) (general interpretation)— in the definition of “the court”, for “and 3B” substitute “, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E and 3F”; at the appropriate places insert— “cryptoasset” has the meaning given by section 303Z20; “crypto wallet” has the meaning given by section 303Z20; “justice of the peace”, in relation to Northern Ireland, means lay magistrate;
