Section 355 (further provisions) is amended as follows— in the heading, for “and frozen funds” substitute “, frozen funds and cryptoasset”; in subsection (1)(a), for “or a frozen funds investigation” substitute “, a frozen funds investigation or a cryptoasset investigation”.
