Section 112

In section 8A of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (application for registration)— after subsection (2) insert— The details referred to in subsection (2)(a) about the general nature of the partnership business may be given by reference to one or more categories of any system of classifying business activities prescribed by regulations made by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this section. after subsection (8) insert— Regulations under subsection (2A) are subject to the negative resolution procedure.
