Section 121

The Limited Partnerships Act 1907 is amended as follows. In section 8A (application for registration), in subsection (1), in paragraph (c), omit “signed or otherwise”. In section 8D (application for designation as a private fund limited partnership), in subsection (2), in paragraph (e), omit “signed or otherwise”.
