Section 130

In section 35 of the Partnership Act 1890 (dissolution by the Court), for paragraph (a) substitute— When a partner has a mental disorder within the meaning of section 328 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 or section 305 of the Mental Capacity Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 (as the case may be): In section 6 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (modifications of general law in case of limited partnerships), in subsection (2), omit the words from “, and” to the end.
