Section 133(2)

Before making regulations under subsection (1) the Secretary of State must— obtain the consent of the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland, so far as the regulations relate to limited partnerships registered in Northern Ireland; obtain the consent of the Scottish Ministers, so far as the regulations relate to limited partnerships registered in Scotland.
