Section 144(2)

If the registrar removes a limited partnership from the index of names, the registrar must include a note in the register of limited partnerships stating either— that the limited partnership has been removed from the index of names because of its dissolution, or that the limited partnership has been removed from the index of names because of its deregistration under section 26.
