Section 160

Schedule 1 to the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 (applications: required information) is amended as follows. In paragraph 6(1), after paragraph (f) insert— if the officer is under the age of 16 years old, the name and contact details of an individual who is at least 16 years old and is willing to be contacted about the officer. In paragraph 7(1), for paragraph (g) substitute— the name and contact details of an individual who is at least 16 years old and is willing to be contacted about the officer.
