Section 182(6)

In section 340 (interpretation of Part 7), after subsection (16) insert— “Business relationship” means a business, professional or commercial relationship between a person carrying on business in the regulated sector and a customer or client, where the relationship— arises out of the business of that person, and is expected by that person, at the time when contact is established, to have an element of duration.
