Section 186(4)

After subsection (1) insert— A magistrates’ court or (in Scotland) the sheriff may, on an application made— make an information order if satisfied that either condition 3 or condition 4 is met. in the case of a magistrates’ court, by the Director General of the National Crime Agency or an authorised NCA officer, and in the case of the sheriff, by a procurator fiscal,
