Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 · United Kingdom
Section 1 of the Legal Services Act 2007 (regulatory objectives) is amended as follows. In subsection (1), after paragraph (h) insert— promoting the prevention and detection of economic crime. After subsection (4) insert— In subsection (1)(i) “economic crime” has the meaning given by section 193(1) of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023
