In section 2A of the Criminal Justice Act 1987 (Director’s pre-investigation powers in relation to bribery and corruption: foreign officers etc), omit the following— in the heading, the words from “in relation to” to the end; in subsection (1), the words from “in a case” to the end; subsection (5).
