Section 213

The Secretary of State must— prepare reports on the implementation and operation of Parts 1 to 3, and lay a copy of each report before Parliament. The first report must be laid within the period of 6 months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed. Each subsequent report must be laid within the period of 12 months beginning with the day on which the previous report was laid. But the duty to prepare and lay reports under subsection (1) ceases with the laying of the first report on or after 1 January 2030.
