Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 · United Kingdom
This Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, subject to subsections (2) and (3). Sections 194 and 195 extend to England and Wales only. An amendment, repeal or revocation made by this Act has the same extent as the provision amended, repealed or revoked.
