Section 21(2)

In section 1047 (registered name of overseas company), in subsection (4), after paragraph (h) (inserted by section 18 of this Act) insert— section 76C (registrar’s power to change name containing computer code); section 76D (registrar’s power to change name for failure to comply with direction).
