Section 36(6)

In section 18 (register of disqualification orders and undertakings), in subsection (2A), after paragraph (c) insert— persons who are subject to director disqualification sanctions within the meaning of section 11A; any licences issued by virtue of section 15(3A) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018.
