Section 46(7)

In that section as renumbered— in subsection (1), for “names of the members of the company” substitute “names or titles of the members of the company (to be known as “the index of members’ names”)”; for subsection (3) substitute— The index must include the same details of a person’s name or title as are entered in the register of members.
