Section 50(5)

In this section— “confirmation statement” has the meaning given by section 853A(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2006; “non-traded company” has the meaning given by section 853F(2) of that Act; “the appointed day” means such day as the Secretary of State may by regulations appoint for the purposes of this section; “traded company” has the meaning given by section 853G(2) and (3) of that Act.
