Section 51

Schedule 2 contains amendments to abolish requirements imposed on a company to keep its own— register of directors; register of directors’ residential addresses; register of secretaries; register of people with significant control (sometimes referred to as a PSC register). It also contains related amendments requiring information to be provided to the registrar of companies.
