Section 89(5)

In section 1091 (certification of copies as accurate)— for subsections (1) and (2) substitute— A copy provided under section 1086 must be certified by the registrar as a true copy if the applicant expressly requests such certification. in subsection (5), omit “Except in the case of an enhanced disclosure document (see section 1078),”.
