Section 92

After section 1062 of the Companies Act 2006 insert— The registrar must carry out such analysis of information within the registrar’s possession as the registrar considers appropriate for the purposes of preventing or detecting crime. See also section 1110F (which, among other things, allows the registrar to disclose information to other public authorities).
