Section 97

The Companies Act 2006 is amended as follows. In section 242 (protected information: restriction on use or disclosure by registrar)— in subsection (3), omit “use or” in each place it occurs; in the heading, omit “use or”. In section 243 (permitted use or disclosure by registrar)— omit subsection (1); in the heading, omit “use or”.
