Section 99

In section 1046 of the Companies Act 2006 (overseas companies: registration of particulars), after subsection (6A) (inserted by section 98 of this Act) insert— Regulations under this section may include provision for information delivered to the registrar under the regulations to be withheld from public inspection. The provision that may be made by regulations under this section includes provision conferring a discretion on the registrar.
