Schedule 10, paragraph 10

Section 44 (information: controller’s general duties) is amended as follows. In subsection (1)— after paragraph (d) insert— the existence of the right to make a complaint to the controller (see section 164A); in paragraph (e), after “Commissioner”, in the first place it occurs, insert “(see section 165)”. In subsection (5)— after paragraph (c) insert— of the data subject’s right to make a complaint to the controller under section 164A, in paragraph (d), after “Commissioner” insert “under section 165”.
