Schedule 10, paragraph 11

Section 45 (right of access by the data subject) is amended as follows. In subsection (2)— after paragraph (e) insert— the existence of the data subject’s right to make a complaint to the controller (see section 164A); in paragraph (f), after “the Commissioner”, in the first place it occurs, insert “(see section 165)”. In subsection (5)— after paragraph (c) insert— of the data subject’s right to make a complaint to the controller under section 164A, in paragraph (d), at the end insert “under section 165”.
