Schedule 10, paragraph 13

Section 48 (rights to rectification, to erasure or to restriction of processing: supplementary) is amended as follows. In subsection (1)(b)— after sub-paragraph (ii) insert— of the data subject’s right to make a complaint to the controller under section 164A, in sub-paragraph (iii), after “Commissioner” insert “under section 165”. In subsection (4)— after paragraph (b) insert— of the data subject’s right to make a complaint to the controller under section 164A, in paragraph (c), after “Commissioner” insert “under section 165”.
