Schedule 10, paragraph 4

Article 14(2) (information to be provided where personal data is not obtained from the data subject) is amended as follows. After point (d) insert— the right to make a complaint to the controller (see section 164A of the 2018 Act); In point (e), for “lodge a complaint with the Commissioner” substitute “make a complaint to the Commissioner under section 165 of the 2018 Act”.
