Schedule 11, paragraph 14

In section 3(9) (definition of “the data protection legislation”)— insert “and” at the end of paragraph (c), and omit paragraph (e) (regulations under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 which relate to the EU GDPR or the Law Enforcement Directive) and the “and” before it.
