Schedule 2 (exemptions etc from the UK GDPR) is amended as follows. In paragraph 2(1)(a) (crime), after “prevention” insert “, investigation”. In paragraph 3(2)(b)(ii) (crime: risk assessment systems), after “prevention” insert “, investigation”.
